Ethiopia Gedeb Organic Gotiti

These Ethiopia Gedeb Organic Gotiti are sourced from 650 family-owned farms located in the Gedeb, south of Yirgacheffe in the Gedeo Zone of the Souther Nations Region.  These beans are grown and harvested at altitudes of 2100m.  During harvesting season, farmers will deliver ripe cherries to the mills at Gotiti everyday to be carefully selected, pulped, fermented and washed.
