We do not have any retail outlets yet but we are definitely not short in delivering the perfect coffee experience to you. You can place your order online or call us at +852 3618 8751.

All coffee is freshly roasted and rested accordingly to ensure the ideal flavour surfaces before we deliver to you. For all Hong Kong orders you should receive it 2-3 days upon taking your order. For international orders it will depend on the delivery service you pick and location. We are happy to provide you with an estimation from our past experiences. Simply email us with details of where you want your coffee to be delivered.

We understand that everyone’s coffee preference is unique. All our products are labelled with our tasting notes best describing what to expect from our coffee and recommended brewing method. You can explore our products here.

Even though we recommend buying whole beans to get the best cup quality we do understand that not everyone has a grinder. You can place your order specifying the grind size you desire. Unsure which grind size is best? Simply send us a message and ask us!

Do note that pre-ground coffee cannot be kept as long as whole beans and coffee quality deteriorates over time.  We only sell pre-ground beans in 200g packages and recommend purchasing in smaller quantities such that you can enjoy your coffee at its best. The tiny details will impact your coffee!

We sell in both 200g and 1Kg packaging for our signature espresso blends!  But due to the speciality of single origins, we only see those in 200g packaging.  However, we can customise packaging sizes for our wholesale orders.

The coffee comes in a resealable airtight packing. We recommend keeping it somewhere cool, dry and dark. This way pre-ground coffee can be kept up to 3-6 months. Whole beans can be kept up to 9 months.

All our coffee is freshly roasted, individually packed and sealed.  Due to food safety considerations we unfortunately cannot process return and refunds.  But we would love to hear from you on any comments or suggestions you may have on our products.  Please email us at: info@wincitycoffee.com.

We have been around since 2016 and very likely you have tasted our coffee. We have always focused on wholesale serving your nearby restaurants, hotels and offices. Our aim is to establish a key bonding with all our customers through delivering premium quality specialty coffee. And in order to do this we have taken this initiative further by serving directly to you now.

We are a fully licensed and regulated by Hong Kong's Food and Environmental Hygiene Department.  

All our blending to roasting happens locally in Kwai Chung in Hong Kong. We are more than happy in providing roasting tours. Make an appointment now by contacting us.
