Colombia Monteblanco Est. Purple Caturra

Grown Colombia's Huila region.  The Monteblanco estate consists of endless soil nutrition.  Monteblanco Purple Caturra is one of the most unique varieties where the cherries ripen to a deep purple colour.  Grown high up 1900M along the mountains of Vereda La Tocora.  The passion fruit anaerobic processing is a complex method which gives the coffee its passion fruit and sweet characteristics.
