Kenya produce some of the world’s most elegant coffees. Kabare Cooperative Society is located in the Kirinyaga county of Kenya. The region is along the southern slopes of Mount Kenya with farms cultivating coffee in sandy volcanic soil at altitudes of 1900M. Most of the farmers within the region grow SL28 and SL34 varieties.

Coffee are all hand-picked, fermented in tanks overnight, fully washed and then graded. The drying takes between 9 to 15 days on African raised beds.
